About the position

The Technical Writer / Lead Business Analyst position at Trigyn Technologies involves developing and maintaining Information Security policies and related documentation to ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders to create business and technical documents that serve both internal and external needs. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to work independently, and capable of producing high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Information Security policies, standards, and procedural documents.
• Coordinate the Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) processes and documentation.
• Work with internal and external teams to create Information Security related documents and artifacts.
• Ensure documentation meets the needs of business areas and security requirements.
• Facilitate corrective activities to mitigate risk.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical writing experience in developing structured written materials and visual aids.
• 2+ years of experience facilitating corrective activities to mitigate risk.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to interact with vendors, project team members, and management to build relationships.
• Proficient in writing, editing, and preparing technical information for diverse audiences.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
• Keen attention to detail and ability to absorb complex processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience in analysis, design, implementation, and modification of policies and procedures.
• Experience with CMS MARS-E 2.2 or NIST Risk Management Framework compliant programs.
• Experience in organizing information for technical explanations suitable for various audiences.
• 2+ years of documented IT related work experience.
• Experience with an eGRC tool.
