As a part of the Vantage Operations team, the Business Operations department is responsible for ensuring standards for operation performance, maintaining customer leases, producing monthly customer electricity bills, generating regular reports, and supporting Operational Effectiveness. The Business Operations Program Management team (OPM), a subset of the larger Business Operations Team, provides centralized management and support for all business operations-related programs. The OPM delivers high-impact initiatives that support standardization, reduce risk, and bolster scalability. Operating with a continuous improvement mindset, the team focuses on building processes and supporting impactful outcomes. The OPM's scope encompasses all business operations programs across the organization, with a targeted focus on North America Operations while emphasizing global operational alignment. Key areas of focus for OPM programs include risk reduction, process improvement, operational efficiency, cost reduction, staffing methodologies, implementation strategy, and other strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing business operations.
