About the position

The Technical Writer / Presentation Creator role is a key position within the Technology COO Division, focusing on supporting the Tech Talent Marketing and Communications lead. This hybrid position requires the candidate to maintain internal collaboration spaces and create presentation materials for various stakeholders, including senior management. The role emphasizes strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills, with a global remit and the potential for conversion to a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal collaboration spaces and create presentation decks for stakeholders.
• Develop messages and prepare documents for meetings with stakeholders.
• Design and implement internal communications programs to educate the Technology organization.
• Assist in rebranding efforts and manage the team Jive site.
• Liaise with the Tech COO communications team for execution of communications.
• Establish and manage governance bodies for the people development strategy.
• Provide updates on learning and development strategies to CIOs and divisional leadership.
• Oversee maintenance of the Technology People Development Jive site and marketing materials.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various communication channels.
• Partner with regional COO teams to ensure awareness of central-driven programs.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience creating management level communication and presentation documents.
• 5-7 years of experience within HR and/or Learning and Development, preferably with a globally distributed team.
• 5+ years of experience partnering with VP and ED level colleagues in strategic solution development.
• 2-5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence at all levels.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with end-user collaboration/content management tools including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Viva, Jive, Twiki, AEM, Stensul, Blastmail, SalesForce.
