About the position

The Technical Writer/Project Coordinator role is a dual position focused on creating high-quality technical documentation and coordinating project timelines and resources. The successful candidate will ensure that documentation is clear and concise while also managing project execution to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, process guides, and system specifications.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and clarify technical details.
  • Edit and proofread documentation for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Create and maintain documentation templates and standards to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in technical writing.
  • 3 years of experience in project coordination.
