About the position

CACI's Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in support of the Naval Education Training Command (NETC). NETC develops the Naval Total Force (NTF) through education and training that builds personal, professional, and leadership skills by tailoring training delivery to the individual and providing access when and where needed through optimal use of technology. In this role, you will be responsible for producing, proof-reading, editing, and formatting technical documentation to include design specifications, manuals, on-line help, procedures, plans, and proposals. You will edit and format information for consumption through various media channels including printed materials, scripted voice content, email, websites, and other electronic access points. Additionally, you will gather information, interview subject matter experts, and conduct other research to convey technical material in a concise and effective manner. You will provide Cyber Security services commensurate with supporting technical tasks necessary to manage the wide range of IT programs that support the NETC Mission. This includes focusing on identifying the Cyber Security services necessary to accomplish the administration and management requirements of NETC IT programs and providing the necessary response to numerous IT compliance taskings mandated by various departments within the Navy, the Office of Secretary of Defense, and the Congress of the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Produce, proof-read, edit, and format technical documentation including design specifications, manuals, online help, procedures, plans, and proposals.
  • Edit and format information for various media channels including printed materials, scripted voice content, email, websites, and other electronic access points.
  • Gather information, interview subject matter experts, and conduct research to convey technical material effectively.
  • Provide Cyber Security services to support technical tasks for IT programs related to the NETC Mission.
  • Identify necessary Cyber Security services for the administration and management of NETC IT programs.
  • Respond to IT compliance taskings mandated by various departments within the Navy and the Office of Secretary of Defense.

Requirements

  • Typically has a University Degree or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in IT supplies/logistics, customer service, production, data entry, or computer operations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous work experience in Cyber Security.
  • Security+ CE certification may be required.
