The ability to analyze and document business system processes is crucial, as is the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines. Strong research and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Familiarity with MS Office or Google Docs is required, and experience with Microsoft PowerPoint is preferred. This position is in-person, requiring the candidate to be located in Richmond, VA, or willing to relocate before starting work.
