About the position

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Writer to support our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This position is a 12+ month contract role that requires a senior technical writer to assist in change management workstreams, specifically focusing on CRQ (Change Request), JRA (Job Risk Assessment), and MRA (Management Risk Assessment). The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will be able to articulate technical deliverables and changes in a meaningful, simple manner, often referred to as 'kitchen English', particularly for MRA documentation. This role is critical in ensuring that documentation meets the standards required to pass external audit reviews. Responsibilities

• Support change management workstreams including CRQ, JRA, and MRA.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for change management processes.
• Articulate technical deliverables and changes in simple, understandable language for MRA documentation.
• Assist in preparing documentation for external audit reviews.

Requirements
