About the position

ADP is hiring a Content Developer as part of the Retirement Services Knowledge Management team. This role is responsible for producing accurate and usable product content across various formats, including procedures, job aids, in-product help, and FAQs. The Content Developer will collaborate with product owners, subject matter experts, and training teams to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet the information needs of associates. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and align business content to ADP's standards.
  • Convert technical information into documents for non-technical and technical users.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to obtain information and content validation.
  • Report progress of content deliverables to stakeholders and adhere to timelines.
  • Collaborate with content owners to validate knowledge and foster content reuse.
  • Support multiple BU partners while working on deliverables.
  • Adhere to enterprise standards and style guidelines.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of authoring technology and content development.
  • Perform other content-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in a Communications/English/Technical Writing discipline, or equivalent education and experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with DITA/XML-based authoring platforms.
  • Familiarity with Ixiasoft and other CCMS.
  • Familiarity working with taxonomies and metadata.
