You will transform complex analysis into content that resonates with diverse audiences, maintaining high standards of quality across all channels. Responsibilities: Perform a final quality check on any materials before they are published, fixing any grammatical, punctuation, classification, or spelling errors Ensure all documents are formatted in AP Style, including captions for photos and illustrations Verify that names, places, and organizations are spelled correctly, and that facts, dates, and statistics are accurate; this may involve contacting writers' sources and conducting online research Ensure that communication materials are written in accordance with the style guide suited for the publication; using AP Style for corporate materials, and all formal correspondence must match the style guide Work closely with writers and visual information specialists, suggesting changes to enhance the product's readability, conciseness, and consistency in tone and style Assist officers in researching topics and locating contact sources throughout the development of communication products Work well under tight deadlines; must be scrupulous about detailed work and able to handle repetitive, methodical tasks; must be skilled in written and spoken English and excellent at communicating and working in a team environment Attend customer meetings and/or information sessions necessary to complete projects; attend all weekly team and division syncs Assist in researching, writing, and editing products, and possess the ability to effectively manage and support multiple high-visibility production efforts Qualifications: Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph Bachelor's Degree: A degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field such as English, Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related discipline.
