About the position

The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining various forms of technical documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency across all deliverables. This role involves translating complex technical concepts into accessible documentation for a range of audiences, from general users to senior executives, and supporting Model Risk Assessment work streams with necessary documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation in various formats including PowerPoint presentations, Adobe PDF white papers, and executive memos
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation for diverse audiences ranging from general users to senior executives
• Develop internal enterprise data management communications and materials
• Support Model Risk Assessment (MRA) work streams with required documentation
• Ensure consistent documentation standards across all deliverables
• Collaborate with technical teams to gather and understand complex information

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate documentation
• Knowledge of professional writing style guides and grammar standards
• Experience creating enterprise-level technical documentation including white papers and executive communications
• Strong proofreading and editorial skills
• Research skills with ability to gather and synthesize technical information
• Experience with document design and layout principles
