Responsibilities

• Analyze content in various platforms to determine relevance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to document processes, procedures, and communications.
• Produce quality documentation and software simulations for the intended audience.
• Implement change management processes for document updates.
• Format documentation into standardized templates and adhere to style guides.
• Proofread and edit documentation for grammar, spelling, and style usage.
• Provide support for the knowledgebase, digital adoption platform, and SharePoint site; generate and analyze reports as needed.
• Comply with regulations, company policies, and management expectations regarding sensitive information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in technical writing, communications, or related field, or a high school diploma with 5 years of experience in the same fields.
• Ability to follow directions and receive constructive feedback.
• Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, dependable, and highly motivated.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within strict deadlines.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
