About the position

The Technical Writer will be part of the value compliance operations team, focusing on supporting the end-to-end customer journey blueprints within the value organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with SMEs, process owners, and end-users to craft documentation, job aids, SOPs, process guides, and training guides.
• Extract relevant content from materials developed by others for the user community.
• Craft original materials as processes are updated and refined.
• Develop and maintain approved templates for documentation.
• Create user stories and support the team in developing user stories in Jira for the COP backlog.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical writing experience in a compliance or regulatory environment.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience working with SMEs, process owners, and end-users to develop documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
