About the position

The Technical Writer at Mesa Natural Gas Solutions LLC is responsible for developing, preparing, and maintaining documentation related to systems operation, product development, and other technical processes. This role involves researching and collecting technical information to create and update documentation that accurately reflects changes in products or processes, ensuring clarity and consistency in technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, writes and edits operational procedures and manuals.
• Researches, develops and documents technical design specifications and test scripts.
• Produces electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals.
• Maintains a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.
• Analyzes documents to maintain continuity of style of content.
• Manages updates and revisions to technical literature.
• Writes and maintains end user documentation or online instructional content.
• Creates new documentation or updates existing documentation to accurately reflect changes in a product or process.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Some college or Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of related technical writing experience required.
• Proven experience writing equipment and mechanical procedures and documentation.
• Proven experience working in a technical writing position.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
