About the position

The Technical Writer for the Sleep & Respiratory Care organization is responsible for creating and editing technical documents, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with business procedures. This role involves collaborating with various teams to gather necessary information, transforming input into appropriate documentation formats, and managing the review and approval processes for quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collecting necessary information for documentation activities by organizing discussions with document owners and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborating with QA and Post Market Surveillance teams to address questions regarding quality documentation content.
• Transforming collected input into appropriate documentation formats as per company processes, including Quality, Service, or User documentation.
• Organizing the review of written documents with involved disciplines, handling comments, and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Performing editorial tasks during peer reviews and preparing documents for translation/localization as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing, technical training, or an information technology-related role.
• Expertise in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PDF, etc.) with skills in document creation and editing.
• An associate or bachelor's degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
