We are seeking a skilled Delivery Lead/Technical Writer with a strong background in public cloud and hybrid cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a talent for translating complex concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. You will work closely with our engineering, product, and architecture teams to create high-quality content that supports our cloud solutions. This role involves leading and coordinating routines to support delivery, managing coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams, and facilitating communication and collaboration across organizations to ensure deliverable completion and timelines. In this position, you will be responsible for providing status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring execution aligns with deliverable requirements, and supporting resource planning for delivery and execution. You will also ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards and work on system vulnerabilities with existing teams to resolve issues within required timeframes. Your ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a diverse audience and manage a library of technical documentation will be crucial to your success in this role.
