About The Position
The Technical Writer at NCR VOYIX will be responsible for creating and editing product documentation in collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams. This role involves independently gathering information from subject matter experts to develop various technical documents, including procedure manuals, technical specifications, API documentation, installation manuals, and release notes. The position requires managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, ensuring that all documentation meets project requirements and quality standards.
