Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with architects to gather information for documentation.
• Create technical documents that are clear and understandable for the reader.
• Develop technology-based review reports for senior executives, summarizing incidents and findings.
• Write documentation covering all aspects of Business & Technical architectural reviews.
• Edit content from others to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and style.
• Follow content guidelines and contribute to their improvement.
• Collaborate with developers, information architects, designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to create consumable content.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with business and technology partners.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to create understandable technical documents.
• Experience in infrastructure-related technology is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Confluence.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence language tools for content generation.
