About the position

The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating clear and concise technology-based review reports aimed at senior executives. This role involves structuring executive documents, summarizing incidents, and detailing technical components while ensuring the content adheres to the firm's guidelines. The Technical Writer will collaborate with various stakeholders to transform complex ideas into accessible documentation and maintain strong relationships with business and technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Create understandable technology-based review reports for senior executives.
• Write easy-to-read documentation covering all aspects of Business & Technical architectural reviews.
• Edit content from others into a consistent voice, tone, and style.
• Follow the firm's content guidelines and contribute improvements to them.
• Collaborate with developers, information architects, designers, project managers, and platform owners to turn complex ideas into consumable content.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with business and technology partners, advocating for content clarity.

Requirements

• Proficient in technical writing, business applications, data usage, word processing, data management tools, and flow charting tools.
• Ability to understand the logic of code and construct simple data queries.
• Advanced business and data analysis, business process, and application knowledge.
• Advanced knowledge of change management and business continuity.
• Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge and abilities to perform the responsibilities listed.
• Relevant education and/or training is a plus.
