About the position

The Technical Writer will join an interdisciplinary product team to identify, measure, and mitigate responsible AI issues in enterprise products powered by generative AI technology. This role involves close collaboration with research and product teams to develop measurement artifacts, methods, practices, and tools for addressing RAI harms caused by large-scale language technologies. The position requires expertise in linguistics and social sciences to identify patterns across content harms and create applicable resources across various technologies and contexts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep dives in partnership with feature teams to assess responsible AI issues.
• Develop measurement artifacts, methods, practices, and tools for identifying and mitigating RAI harms.
• Utilize expertise in linguistics and social sciences to identify patterns in content harms.
• Create documentation for a technical audience regarding responsible AI assessment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in linguistics or a related social science field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
• Experience working on Responsible AI assessment of Generative AI powered systems.
• Experience in creating documentation for a technical audience.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
