Responsibilities

• Collaborating with process owners to understand existing processes and document them for operational sustainability.
• Developing quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions that meet internal requirements and industry best practices.
• Identifying gaps in current documentation and engaging with process owners to fill these gaps.
• Interacting with stakeholders outside the business unit to ensure alignment and integration of processes and controls.
• Creating guidance documents and templates for future use by other teams to standardize quality standards and operating procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in process documentation and quality management.
• Strong understanding of process mapping and documentation standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze processes critically and identify areas for improvement.
• Familiarity with Honda's operational standards (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

• Certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Process Professional (CPP), or Six Sigma Green Belt.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies.
