About the position

Our client is seeking a dedicated Technical Writer to join their team. This role is primarily onsite, but hybrid arrangements may be considered under special circumstances. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and manuals for a wide range of uses. You will collaborate with stakeholders, managers, and operational functions in the Process Standardization department. Your work will contribute to the production of 80 total documents during the duration of the contract, including NNI (Needs New Insurance) and PRC (Prescription Required Case) documents. Join our client's team and contribute to their continuous improvement efforts within the Heart Failure Division. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing their operations and standardizing their processes.

Responsibilities

  • Creating documents using templates and following the General Services Guide
  • Utilizing tools such as MS, Salesforce, and PPT for document creation
  • Sending documents to stakeholders for approval
  • Extracting information from meetings, provided documents, and systems for document creation

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Document Specialist
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Critical thinking abilities
