About the position

The Technical Writer position at Technocore360 involves a critical role in the development and management of technical documentation using Atlassian Confluence. The successful candidate will be responsible for migrating and developing product documentation specifically for the MMDA and MAD wiki spaces. This role requires a mid-level administrative experience, particularly in knowledge management and document management systems. The Technical Writer will need to design, implement, and edit wiki namespaces and pages, ensuring that the content is not only accurate but also user-friendly and accessible. The ability to create content based on legacy articles and previously written materials is essential, as is the skill to develop wiki templates for various purposes such as status updates, pipeline views, and calendars. Furthermore, the role demands a comprehensive understanding of tagging and labeling functionalities within the wiki system to enhance content discoverability and organization. In addition to technical writing, the position requires the ability to analyze, define, and design technical solutions for ERP product enhancements. The Technical Writer will work closely with technical teams to address pending RICEFs and serve as the primary point of contact for complex technical issues. Collaboration is key, as the writer will interact with clients and cross-functional teams to fully understand requirements and deliver seamless technical solutions. The role also includes facilitating team meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination among the technical consultant team and clients. Mentoring and training junior consultants is another important aspect of this position, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Migrate and develop product documentation for the MMDA and MAD wiki spaces using Atlassian Confluence.

Requirements
