About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer or Information Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience in a product organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communications, Engineering, or a related field. This role requires proficiency with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, and AI-based documentation tools. Familiarity with JIRA and an Agile development environment is essential. The candidate should be able to learn new products independently and demonstrate the ability to leverage artificial intelligence for high-quality documentation and training content creation.
