About the position

Responsibilities

  • Research, write, and update technical documents including user guides, reference manuals, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity of content.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into concise, readable content suitable for various audiences.
  • Edit and proofread documentation to ensure consistency, readability, and alignment with company standards.
  • Organize and manage a library of technical documents, ensuring materials are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from users to improve documentation quality and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards in technical documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a technology or engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical writing tools (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, Microsoft Office, Confluence).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
