About the position

This role is crucial for ensuring that all documentation meets regulatory standards for FDA, CE MDR, and other global requirements. The writer will work remotely and collaborate with subject matter experts to produce user manuals, instructional guides, and technical specifications that facilitate user understanding of complex products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear and concise user manuals, instructional guides, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to gather essential information for documentation.
• Ensure all technical writing meets regulatory requirements for reviews and clearances.
• Utilize documentation solutions to streamline the documentation process.
• Adhere to stringent industry standards and continuously improve documentation quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences/Health Related Sciences or equivalent experience; master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience writing scientific, medical, or technical content, preferably in a clinical research setting.
• Demonstrated understanding of clinical research and software device development processes.
• Strong technical writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into understandable content.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments, including FDA, CE, MDR, and other international clearance requirements.
• Excellent grasp of SOPs and ability to work with diverse teams.

• Experience with documentation organization and software to maintain a detailed database of reference materials.
