About the position

The IT Technical Writer position at Tridvalidation involves creating clear and concise technical documentation for various IT-related materials. Responsibilities

• Create user manuals, online help, white papers, training materials, and system administration guides.
• Document network, security, database processes, and release notes.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information for documentation.
• Ensure all technical documentation is clear, concise, and accurate for the target audience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, technical writing, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of demonstrable experience in technical writing, preferably in an IT environment.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
• Strong technical aptitude and comfortability with complex technical concepts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience with IT systems, software development, or networking.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
