About the position

The Technical Writer position at AllSTEM Connections involves creating and editing technology-based documentation for senior executives. The role requires a strong understanding of both business and technical contexts to produce clear, concise reports and documentation that adhere to company guidelines. This hybrid position emphasizes collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure content clarity and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create understandable technology-based review reports for senior executives.
• Write easy-to-read documentation covering all aspects of Business & Technical architectural reviews.
• Edit content from others into a consistent voice, tone, and style.
• Follow the firm's content guidelines and contribute improvements to them.
• Collaborate with developers, information architects, designers, project managers, and platform owners to turn complex ideas into consumable content.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with business and technology partners.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience with Microsoft Office.
• 7 years of experience with Microsoft Word.
• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in document management and content writing.
