About the position
The Technical Project Manager will coordinate technology deliverables across a portfolio of applications, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with business stakeholders and vendor technology resources. This role requires a self-starter with a strong can-do attitude, superior listening skills, and the ability to adapt to changes while focusing on continuous improvement. The successful candidate will manage project scope, schedule, and costs, providing regular updates to stakeholders and ensuring project performance meets established objectives.
Responsibilities
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Track project costs to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate technology deliverables across a portfolio of applications
- Oversee multiple sets of tasks and deliverables
Requirements
- 10+ years of Project Management experience
- 10+ years of software development or application production support experience
- Data analysis & reporting experience
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely verbally and in written/presentation format
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and ensure work is processed effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
