Responsibilities
- Assist experienced Body Technicians in repairing damaged vehicles.
- Learn and apply Caliber's operational excellence processes.
- Participate in hands-on training to develop technical skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines during repairs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interest in automotive repair and technology.

- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
