About the position
The Technician Assistant position is a temporary full-time role at a plant in the Coastal Bend, focusing on supporting operations by collecting data through physical tasks related to heat exchangers. The role requires working in shifts, either day or night, and involves handling equipment and ensuring safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Pushing and pulling probes in and out of heat tubes of heat exchangers to collect data.
- Carrying equipment to the work area.
Requirements
- Must have Valid TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
- Must have Valid Basic Plus certification.
- Must have own FR (Flame Resistant) clothing.
- Must have Steel Toe Boots.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be cleared in DISA (Drug and Alcohol Testing).
