Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical, electrical and pneumatically hydraulically, repairs on all production equipment.
- Trouble shoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic problems.
- Fill out necessary documentation to comply with specifications and SOP'S.
- Perform preventive maintenance work according to established standards.
- Fill out preventive maintenance reports.
- Responsible for equipment and tools.
- Must keep work area in the most clean and orderly conditions.
- Conform to Baxter GMP and Safety regulations.
- Capable of understanding schematics and blueprints.
- Self-starter and capable of working with minimum supervision.
- Capable to perform calibration of equipment.
- Must repair and provide maintenance to equipment by utilization sophisticate testing equipment, manuals, manufacturer show instruction, etc.
- Participate on duties and activities during shut down period.
- Actively report health and safety hazards, environmental aspects, incidents, and EHS management system risks and opportunities.
- Participate in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for continuous improvement of the EHS Management System.
Requirements
- Associated degree in Electronic or Industrial Mechanic or BA preferred.
- Zero to 3 years of related work experience.
- Knowledgeable of Injection Molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
