About The Position

We are seeking an entry-level Electronics Technician to join our team, responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electronic equipment. This hands-on role requires strong technical skills and attention to detail, with opportunities for training on-site.

Requirements

• Entry Level - we train on site
• Proven experience as an Electronics Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of electronic components and circuitry
• Proficiency in software troubleshooting on various operating systems
• Familiarity with mobile devices and their repair processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and providing technical support

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic equipment
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Conduct field service visits to client locations for equipment installation and maintenance
• Provide technical support to customers via phone or email
• Perform software troubleshooting on various operating systems, including Mac OS and iOS
• Solder components and perform circuit board repairs
• Test and calibrate electronic devices to ensure proper functionality
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history
