About the position

The Technician II position at re:Cycle Reverse Logistics involves working in the Reverse Logistics operation to manage and scale information technology asset disposition (ITAD) services for used electronics. The role focuses on secure and environmentally sustainable practices supporting asset recovery, reuse, recycling, and other circular economy initiatives. The technician will handle various tasks including receiving, shipping, de-manufacturing, and inventory control, while prioritizing safety and accuracy in their daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts as needed.
• Loading and unloading shipments and transporting parts between different locations.
• Frequent lifting of materials and products.
• Keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of the facility.
• Use their knowledge to determine which task or SOP is needed to properly test components.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of all work spaces.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Ability to work 10 hour shifts as needed.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems.
