Responsibilities

• Perform installations and changes of service while adhering to applicable codes and company procedures.
• Update customer accounts to ensure accurate records of products and services.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Educate customers on products and services to enhance their experience.
• Complete written and field assessments to meet employee standards for advancement.
• Work in various environments including crawl spaces and attics, and operate installation tools and equipment safely.
• Drive company vehicle responsibly while adhering to state licensing requirements.
• Maintain proper equipment and ensure readiness for required duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate customer-focused skills and professional etiquette.
• Technical knowledge related to broadband installation and troubleshooting.
