About the position

The Automotive Service Technician at Momentum BMW/MINI is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work according to dealer and factory standards. This role includes overseeing apprentice technicians and ensuring high customer satisfaction through quality service. Technicians can earn a competitive income, with opportunities for bonuses and relocation assistance based on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order.
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional service work is necessary.
• Document work performed.
• Supervise any apprentice technicians assigned to him/her.
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• ASE or manufacturing training.
• High customer satisfaction index (CSI) is a must.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to perform duties in a safe manner.
• Pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug test.
