About the position

As a Quality Control Technician at Lambert's Cable, you will be responsible for reviewing active construction projects in the field, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction. This role involves site inspections, documentation verification, and minor field corrections, contributing to the overall quality of construction work.

Responsibilities

• Review active construction projects in the field.
• Walk and review completed construction projects to ensure site cleanup and documentation fulfillment.
• Ensure active construction work meets Lambert's requirements and customer satisfaction.
• Verify internal CORE documentation against completed LCS and customer requirements.
• Report issues or compliance problems to market leadership.
• Make minor field corrections to installations as needed.
• Handle and transport small materials to field crews.
• Operate and report using general computer applications.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 1-3 years minimum experience in the Underground Utility Construction Industry (training available for the right applicant).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
• Willingness to work in both solo and team environments.
• Ability to work in all types of weather, including inclement conditions.
• Self-starter with effective communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work extended hours, including overtime and weekends.
