About the position

Join the Mammoth Mountain team as a Technician in Rentals, where you will create and deliver an extraordinary rental experience for guests. This seasonal position offers ample opportunities for skiing and snowboarding breaks while assisting guests with the rental process and ski check operations. You will be responsible for providing information, assisting with reservations, selling rental products, and maintaining rental equipment, all while ensuring a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with all aspects of the rental process and ski check operation.
• Provide information and assist with reservations for rental products.
• Sell all rental, sport school, and ticket products.
• Take deposits and upsell rental items.
• Fit boots and adjust bindings for guests.
• Perform simple maintenance on rental equipment.
• Operate ski check facilities on and off snow.
• Maintain and improve the resort experience through guest assistance.

Requirements

• High School GED or equivalent.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with an upbeat, enthusiastic personality.
• Operate in a high energy, fast-paced environment and able to lift 40 pounds.
• Able to pass certification exams and adjust all ski bindings.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
