The Techno - Functional Analyst role focuses on leveraging expertise in IVR and Conversational AI technologies, particularly KoreAI, to identify and develop business requirements. This position requires collaboration with stakeholders to document and analyze these requirements, ensuring effective system integration and implementation within the telecom or CRM sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business requirements related to IVR and Conversational AI.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Create business documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows.
• Assist in system integrations and implementations of IVR and Conversational AI platforms.

Requirements

• Experience with KoreAI and Conversational AI projects.
• Background in IVR systems and related services.
• Proficiency in creating business documentation such as BRDs and functional specs.
• Experience with system integrations, particularly in IVR and Conversational AI.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of LC/NC Framework.
• Experience in telecom or CRM industries.
