The Techno-functional Business Analyst role at Insight Global involves acting as a liaison between business and technical teams within the banking industry. Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Illicit, gather, and document technical and business requirements.
- Work with project management to fulfill project specifications.
- Maintain accurate flow charts for project tracking.
- Manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of business and technical functions, including IT infrastructure, engineering, and SDLC.
- Ability to document technical and business requirements and project specifications.
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Visio, and Gantt Charts.
- Basic understanding of the banking environment.
- Basic understanding of project management lifecycle, testing, and validation of results.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
