HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a local contract MRI Technologist for a local contract job in Humble, Texas. This position is for a 13-week assignment, and the selected candidate will work 12-hour shifts. Responsibilities

  • Perform MRI scans on patients as per the prescribed protocols.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures.
  • Maintain and operate MRI equipment according to safety standards.
  • Document and report any abnormalities or issues during the scanning process.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
  • Educate patients about the MRI process and answer any questions they may have.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
  • Valid MRI Technologist certification or license as required by the state.
  • Strong understanding of MRI safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with advanced MRI techniques and protocols.
  • Bilingual skills to communicate with a diverse patient population.
