Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Cedar Park, Texas. The role involves working in a 93-bed facility that offers comprehensive inpatient, outpatient, surgical, and emergency care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing catheterization procedures, assisting physicians during these procedures, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. The position requires a commitment to high-quality patient care and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The travel assignment is expected to start as soon as possible, with an 8-hour shift schedule. The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with the actual hourly rate subject to eligibility and seasonal or annual adjustments. Additionally, a tax-free stipend will be provided, the amount of which will be determined based on various factors. Responsibilities

  • Perform catheterization procedures in the Cath Lab.
  • Assist physicians during catheterization procedures.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
  • Maintain and operate imaging equipment used in the Cath Lab.
  • Document patient information and procedure details accurately.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

  • Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist.
  • Valid state license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist.
  • Experience in a Cath Lab setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of imaging equipment and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
