Springboard Healthcare is actively seeking a skilled and dedicated travel Cath Lab Technologist for an exciting opportunity in Clackamas, Oregon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. As a travel position, this role offers the chance to explore new locations while providing essential healthcare services. The Cath Lab Technologist will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to prepare for and assist during catheterization procedures. This includes setting up equipment, monitoring patients, and maintaining a sterile environment. The position requires a strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology, as well as proficiency in operating imaging equipment and other related technologies. The successful candidate will be expected to adapt quickly to new environments and work collaboratively with diverse teams. This travel assignment is for a duration of 13 weeks, with a standard work schedule of 40 hours per week, typically consisting of 8-hour shifts. The start date is as soon as possible, making it essential for candidates to be available for immediate placement. The pay package for this position is competitive and includes a tax-free stipend, which will be determined based on the specifics of the assignment. Responsibilities

  • Assist in various diagnostic and interventional procedures in the catheterization laboratory.

Requirements

  • Valid certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or equivalent.
  • Experience in catheterization laboratory procedures.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous travel experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Additional certifications in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) or basic life support (BLS).
