GetMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves working 12-hour shifts during the day, with an expected commitment of 36 hours per week. The pay package is based on these shifts and includes a tax-free stipend, the amount of which will be determined upon confirmation. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Cath Lab setting.
• Assist physicians during catheterization procedures and other diagnostic tests.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
• Maintain and operate Cath Lab equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
• Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Document patient information and procedures accurately in medical records.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures in the Cath Lab.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting.
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with various Cath Lab equipment and technologies.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Previous travel experience in healthcare.
