About the position

Magnet Medical Elite is looking for a dedicated and skilled travel Echo Technologist to join our team in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care and are willing to travel for work. As an Echo Technologist, you will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with heart conditions. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care during their stay. The role requires a commitment to excellence in patient care, as well as the ability to adapt to new environments and work collaboratively with diverse teams. You will be expected to maintain accurate patient records, operate echocardiography equipment, and ensure that all procedures are performed in accordance with established protocols. This travel position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in different healthcare settings while making a positive impact on patients' lives. The Echo Technologist will work a standard schedule of 40 hours per week, with shifts lasting 8 hours during the day. This travel assignment is set to begin on August 12, 2024, and will last for a duration of 10 weeks. Candidates should be prepared for the challenges and rewards that come with travel assignments, including adjusting to new locations and working with various healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Valid certification as an Echo Technologist or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous travel experience as an Echo Technologist.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • BLS certification.
