About the position

Triage Staffing is seeking a travel CVOR Technologist for a travel job in Raleigh, North Carolina. This position is designed for an Allied Health Professional specializing in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) procedures. The role is set to start as soon as possible and will last for a duration of 13 weeks, with a commitment of 36 hours per week. The shifts will be 12 hours long, specifically during the day from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This travel nursing position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while providing essential care in the cardiovascular operating room. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care in the cardiovascular operating room setting.
  • Assist surgeons and other medical staff during cardiovascular procedures.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of surgical equipment and instruments.
  • Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Monitor patient vitals and respond to any changes during procedures.
  • Document patient care and procedures accurately.

Requirements

  • Current CVOR Technologist certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in cardiovascular operating room settings.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to a travel schedule.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous travel experience as a CVOR Technologist.
