About the position

Trailblazer Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Portland, Oregon. This position is designed for Allied Health Professionals specializing in Cath Lab technology. The role is set to commence on August 19, 2024, and will last for a duration of 13 weeks, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The work schedule consists of 10-hour shifts during the day, providing a structured yet flexible work environment. As a travel Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the catheterization lab, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to patients undergoing various cardiac procedures. Furthermore, if you choose to renew your contract, you can earn a contract renewal bonus of up to $3,000. Please note that the estimated weekly gross pay is a combined amount, including both taxed and tax-free components, and is subject to change until a formal offer is made and accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the catheterization lab.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.

• Document patient information and procedures accurately.

Requirements

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist certification.
• Experience in a Cath Lab setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cardiac procedures and technologies.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous travel experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Advanced certifications in cardiac care.
