About the position

Springboard Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Memphis, Tennessee. This position is designed for Allied Health Professionals specializing in Cath Lab technology. The role is set to start on August 12, 2024, and will last for a duration of 13 weeks, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. As a travel Cath Lab Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in various top hospitals across the country, gaining valuable experience and exposure to different healthcare environments. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Cath Lab setting.
  • Assist physicians during catheterization procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies for procedures.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and comfort levels during procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in the Cath Lab.
  • Document patient information and procedure details accurately.

Requirements

  • Valid Cath Lab Technologist certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in Cath Lab procedures and technology.
  • Strong understanding of patient care and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Electrophysiology (EP) procedures.
  • Familiarity with Interventional Radiology (IR) practices.
  • Additional certifications in related fields.
