About the position

Springboard Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Toledo, Ohio. This position is designed for Allied Health Professionals specializing in Cath Lab technology. The role is set to start on August 5, 2024, and will last for a duration of 13 weeks, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The shifts will be 8 hours long, providing a structured work schedule that allows for a balanced work-life experience. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Cath Lab setting.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Cath Lab equipment and supplies.
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures as directed by the physician.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families about procedures and care plans.

Requirements

  • Valid Cath Lab Technologist certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in Cath Lab procedures and technology.
  • Strong understanding of patient care and safety protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous travel experience as a Cath Lab Technologist.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Additional certifications in related fields.
