Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Chicago, Illinois. This position is designed for a 13-week assignment at a short-term acute care hospital, where the selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care in the catheterization laboratory. The role involves monitoring and evaluating patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and that the cleanliness of the rooms is maintained. The Cath Lab Technologist will work closely with a clinical team and will be supported by a dedicated recruiter throughout their journey. This position offers the opportunity to travel while making a significant impact on patient care, allowing professionals to meld their career with personal life experiences. The Cath Lab Technologist will be required to remain in a stationary position, move about the facility, and handle equipment weighing between 50-100 lbs. The role demands technical and motor skills, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, push, pull, and assist with procedures using department equipment. The candidate must be able to work under close supervision occasionally and also be capable of working independently. Sensory skills such as visual acuity and effective communication are essential for this position. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures in the catheterization laboratory.

Requirements
