About the position

CrossMed - Cath Lab is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Toledo, Ohio. This position is designed for an Allied Health Professional specializing in Cath Lab procedures. The role is set to start as soon as possible and will last for a duration of 13 weeks, with a commitment of 40 hours per week. The work schedule consists of 8-hour shifts, primarily during the day. The gross weekly pay for this position is $2816.00, and the assignment is expected to begin on July 8, 2024. Responsibilities

  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure depending on unit.
  • Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Transport patients as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At minimum 1 - 2 years' experience preferred.
  • Graduate from an accredited school.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), pushing, bending, and pulling.

  • Interpersonal skills to work with diverse personnel while maintaining a positive demeanor and professional appearance.
  • Technical skills to grasp, push/pull, and move while assisting with procedures or operating departmental equipment.
  • Cognitive demands to manage frequent interactions with the public and customers and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Comfortable working under occasional close supervision or independently.
  • Keen visual understanding and practical communication abilities.
